“Lean Eating”
Nutrition plays a mayor role in accomplishing your best physique ever. It accounts for 85-90% of your results. Unfortunately, most people find nutrition very challenging. I don’t blame you. The fact is that with all the misinformation circulating the internet, magazines, books, and infomercials it’s no wonder why you are left confused, frustrated, and with no results to show for it.
For that reason, I’m on a quest to demolish all that confusing and inaccurate information and finally free you from your most challenging fitness obstacle: Good Nutrition!
I have created nutritious meals, sides, snacks, and yes even dessert recipes that are not only high-protein, nutrient-rich, and easy to make, but are also low in calories so you can enjoy what you eat as you progress through your quest to get in your best shape and maintain a lean & tight physique!
Maintaining a lean & tight physique takes dedication, compliance, preparation, consistency, and enjoyment. In fact, if you do not find enjoyment in what you eat, you will never be able to stick to it.
Another important factor is a change of mind or perception about healthy eating and healthy foods. Everything begins in the mind. If you see healthy foods such as vegetables, fruits, grains, and low in fat as plain, boring, and tasteless, chances are that when you eat them they will be. Over the years you have brain washed yourself to see healthy eating this way. The fact is that these foods are not, they actually add flavor! All it takes is variety and experimenting with ingredients and seasonings to make them amazing!
Over the years I have learned to be open minded and to give healthy foods a chance. I have tried many different ways to prepare meals, combining different ingredients, adding variety, and loose the fear about trying new things. Because of this, I have changed my physique in ways I never even dream of being possible. I have improved my health and feel better, healthier, and younger as the days, weeks, and years have passed. And the best part about it is that I found pleasure and enjoyment while doing it. Now, keep in mind that it didn’t happen over night. Neither was always enjoyed. In the beginning, it was plain and boring. And that’s when I learned that if I intend to be healthier and look fabulous, I needed to somehow learn to make foods taste great so I can stick to it for life. You too can enjoy this change of life!
The recipes listed here give you a few ideas on how to make meals balanced, healthy, and delicious. But, let this be a guide, and you get creative with it too. Don’t be afraid to experiment; if for example you try a vegetable or grain and it doesn’t come out good the way you prepared or combined, don’t cancel it out. Try it a different way. Chances are the next time you make it differently you might love it.
